The Class:

Using the environment as his playground, Johnny fuses high intensity interval training, the customization of one-on-one personal strength training, and yoga into this epic 50 minute small group training class. Did he mention it’s also outside? What’s better than that?

Benefits:
You’ll leave with toned legs and arms, chiseled abs, and the calorie after-burn effect created by high intensity interval training.  Limited class size, one-on-one attention, circuit training/variety, best work-out environment in NYC, and budget friendly price options!
What You’ll Need:
I supply towels and all the equipment you’ll need.  Dress in layers. If it’s cold, don’t forget gloves! You DON’T NEED a yoga mat.  ClassPass messages mixes up my yoga class with this outdoor bootcamp, so no yoga mat needed for this outdoor Washington Square class.
Inclement Weather:
Johnny will email you the night before if it looks like it’s going to be poor weather conditions. Mist, Fog, and light rain make training fun.  Johnny will cancel the night before if thunderstorms and heavy rain are in the forecast.
